1. Refund Policy:

At Dnotours OPC Private Limited ("Dnotours"), we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent refund policy outlined below:

1.1 Tour Bookings:
1.1.1 Cancellation made 7 days prior to the scheduled tour date will be eligible for a 25 % refund.
1.1.2 Cancellation made between 7 and 15 days prior to the scheduled tour date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
1.1.3 No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled tour date.

1.2 Other Services:
1.2.1 For services other than tour bookings, such as hotel bookings, cancellation policy depends as per hotel cancellation policy. However, Dnotours will charge a cancellation fee of 500 INR per booking.
1.2.2 No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 3 days of the service date.

1.3 Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 8 business days from the date of cancellation. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.The Comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.

2. Cancellation Policy:
2.1 Tour Cancellations:
2.1.1 Dnotours reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, customers will be offered the option to reschedule the tour or receive a full refund.

2.2 Service Cancellations:
2.2.1 Dnotours may cancel services due to reasons beyond its control. Customers will be provided with an option to reschedule or receive a refund for the cancelled service.
