At DNO Events & DMC Private Limited ("DNO Tours"), we are committed to providing you with exceptional travel services. However, we understand that plans may change, and we aim to offer a clear and transparent refund and cancellation process. Please carefully review the terms outlined below, which govern cancellations and refunds for all bookings made with DNO Tours.
1. Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us, and while we strive to deliver quality experiences, we have established the following refund policy to ensure transparency.1.1 Tour Bookings
1.1.1 Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the scheduled tour date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
1.1.2 Cancellations made between 7 and 15 days prior to the scheduled tour date are eligible for a 25% refund of the total booking amount.
1.1.3 No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled tour date.
1.2 Other Services
For services other than tour bookings, such as hotel reservations or transfers:
1.2.1 Hotel Bookings: Refunds and cancellations for hotel reservations are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective hotel. In addition, DNO Tours will charge a cancellation processing fee of INR 500 per booking.
1.2.2 Service Cancellations within 3 Days: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled service date, regardless of the type of service booked.
1.3 Refund Processing
Refunds will be credited within 1-7 business days from the date of cancellation approval. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that there may be instances where tours or services may need to be canceled. The following policies apply to cancellations made either by the client or DNO Tours:2.1 Tour Cancellations by the Client Clients are responsible for initiating the cancellation of any booked tours or services. Please refer to section 1.1 for refund eligibility.
2.2 Tour Cancellations by DNO Tours
2.2.1 Unforeseen Circumstances: DNO Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour due to
unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, safety concerns, government restrictions, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, affected customers will have the option to either reschedule the tour or receive a full refund of the amount paid.
2.2.2 Service Cancellations: In the event of cancellations of other services (such as accommodation or transfers) due to reasons beyond our control, DNO Tours will offer an option to reschedule the service or provide a refund, subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party service provider.

DNO Tours reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at its sole discretion. Any changes will be made effective immediately upon being posted on our official website. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the policy periodically.
