Terms and Conditions for All Tour Packages

1. Reservation, Payment, and Cancellation:
The deposit, payment, and cancellation policies will apply once reservations are confirmed. Ensure to check the flight status and schedule at least 24 hours before departure, as airline schedules may change without notice. Payment will be made as per the exchange rate on the day of final payment, with an additional 0.90p charge above the online exchange rates.
2. Refund Policy:
No refunds will be provided for delayed or canceled flights, missed sightseeing, hotel no-shows, or any unutilized services. For any missed activities or tours due to unavoidable circumstances, no refund will be issued.
3. Excess Baggage:
Passengers with excess baggage (over 20 kg in checked luggage and 7 kg in hand luggage) must settle the charges directly with the airport and airline officials.
4. Hotel Check-in and Early Check-in:
Standard hotel check-in time is 1500 hrs. Early check-in is subject to availability, but it can be pre-booked based on room availability.
5. Optional Activities:
Optional activities must be booked at least a day in advance. If you choose to book with us, payment is required in advance. Availability of optional activities is not guaranteed, and no refunds will be given if requested activities cannot be arranged.
6. Post-COVID Travel Adjustments:
Due to possible cancellations or changes in tours, flights, or trains, especially post-COVID, the tour operator is not liable for rebooking alternative arrangements. Additional costs for rebooking, if any, will be borne by the passenger.
7. Vaccination and Health Requirements:
All guests must be fully vaccinated. If a booster dose is due, it must be completed before the trip. A vaccine certificate must be submitted during check-in. For children under 18 years of age, the original birth certificate with the parents' details is required for international travel. Unvaccinated children below 12 years must provide an RTPCR test (48 hours old).
8. Tour Logistics:
Activities and sightseeing schedules are subject to the discretion of the driver, coach guide, and tour guide, considering logistics and legal requirements. The coach is not available for individual optional activities.
9. Liability:
The operator disclaims responsibility for loss of luggage, accidents, fatalities, thefts, or any unforeseen circumstances during the tour.
10. Visa Requirements:
Travelers are responsible for obtaining their visas. While we provide guidance, the granting of visas is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy/consulate. Costs incurred for visa issues must be borne by the passengers. In the event of delayed or rejected visas, passengers have the option to change tour dates or make amendments at their own expense.
11. Visa Document Requirements:
Required documents for visa applications include valid passports (with at least 6 months validity), photos, proof of funds, and other supporting documents, depending on the country and its specific requirements.
12. Tour and Airfare Pricing:
Tour rates are subject to change depending on availability and airline or hotel price fluctuations. Any increases in airfare or taxes must be covered by the passenger.
13. Payment Terms:
Initial deposits, second payments, and full payments are required at specified intervals before departure. Full payment must be cleared to receive travel documents.
14. Cancellation Fees:
Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure incur charges for visa and ticket fees. Cancellations closer to departure result in higher fees, with no refund for cancellations made within 35 days of departure.
15. Refunds:
Refunds for unutilized services will not be provided. Any eligible refunds will be processed in Indian Rupees and take up to 30 days based on supplier policies.
16. Tour Modifications:
Any changes to the tour, including travel dates or booking details, must be communicated in writing. Changes may incur additional charges, and some changes may be treated as a new booking.
17. Minimum Participation:
Group tours require a minimum number of participants to operate. If the required number of participants is not met, the operator reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour. In such cases, refunds will be provided after deducting actual expenses.
18. Overseas Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is a personal responsibility of the passenger. The company is a facilitator, and any claims must be handled directly with the insurer.
